- You are solely responsible for safeguarding authentication credentials and OTPs associated with your account.
- All purchase orders submitted through your authenticated account are deemed legally binding commercial requests.
2. Product Catalog, Pricing & GST Invoicing
All wholesale ingredient quotations and catalog listings comply with commercial disclosure rules:

3. Order Cancellation, Quality Guarantee & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of every kitchen ingredient dispatch across Gujarat:
Pre-Dispatch Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled without penalty prior to being assigned to a delivery dispatch team or marked as "Packed" in your order dashboard.
24-Hour Quality Replacement
If any delivered item is damaged in transit, compromised, or incorrect, report it within 24 hours of receipt via customer support with photos for an immediate replacement or full credit.
Refund Settlement Timeline
Approved financial refunds are processed directly back to your original payment source (UPI, Bank NEFT, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Delivery Terms Across Gujarat
Satty's operates dedicated logistics supply routes across serviceable municipal regions and pin codes in Gujarat, India. Delivery timeframes shown during checkout represent operational targets. While we prioritize kitchen opening hours, Satty's is not liable for unavoidable delays resulting from extreme weather, municipal transit blocks, or force majeure events.
5. User Conduct & Platform Integrity
Registered buyers and commercial customers agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized business credentials or delivery locations.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to compromise any web application endpoint or backend API.
- Engage in abusive conduct or harassment toward delivery personnel, drivers, or support staff.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand identity assets, trademarks, interface designs, catalog photography, product descriptions, and software code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Satty's Foods Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark statutes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Satty's total aggregate liability relating to any order, delivery dispute, or platform service claim shall be strictly limited to the net invoice amount paid by the customer for the specific transaction in question.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or Satty's services shall fall under the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
